Citadel-MAGNUS appoints Giles Rafferty

Citadel-MAGNUS has strengthened its Corporate Reputation advisory team with the appointment of Giles Rafferty to lead the company’s video and digital offering out of the firm’s Sydney office.

Giles brings to the firm more than 20 years experience in corporate affairs, investor relations and journalism, with a specific focus on digital content and video.
Giles helped found the global corporate advisory firm Brunswick Group’s online video communication agency, Cantos Communications, and more recently was Executive Producer at Viocorp, a Sydney based enterprise video platform supplier.
In the UK his client list included GSK, Prudential, Barclays, Tesco, Anglo American and Rolls Royce. In Australia Giles has worked with QBE Insurance, GPT Group, Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices, Optus, NBN co., King & Wood Mallesons and DBS Bank Singapore, amongst others.
Giles has a track record of establishing and maintaining lasting client relationships by developing a deep understanding of the communication needs of his clients, the personalities of the senior management, and the challenges and opportunities faced by the business.
He began his career as a broadcast and print journalist. He holds a diploma in media studies from the Advanced Technology College, Dublin, and has completed Financial Markets related training in the UK.
