Justine Barret
Justine works closely with Citadel-MAGNUS clients to provide research, investor relations and media relations support.

Justine has more than five years’ experience in investor relations and corporate access.

Justine is a French national having started her career in London at a leading investment bank where she coordinated national and international roadshows, client trips and transactions such as IPOs.

In her most recent London role as Investor Relations Executive for Lloyd’s, the world’s largest insurance market, Justine gained a deep understanding of in-house investor relations, communication and strategy.
Peter Brookes
Peter is a founding Partner of Citadel-MAGNUS and joint Managing Director, based out of the Sydney office. He leads the transaction practice across IPOs and M&A and has 20 years’ experience as an adviser to ASX listed companies across financial corporate communication. Peter has led large and complex transaction projects, including cross-border deals, and has advised on numerous high profile public listings and trade sale processes. He also worked as a communication adviser in the UK, and prior to that was a OTC derivatives dealer for Tullet Prebon.
Tony Dawe
Tony has over 25 years' corporate consultancy experience providing corporate communications and investor relations services to a range of clients in the minerals and hydrocarbon exploration, mining and oil & gas production, government, construction, agri-business, FMCG and financial & commercial services sectors.

Tony has previously held in-house corporate affairs roles with Crown Limited and Western Metals and managed his own specialist corporate communication and investor relations consultancy business for over six years where he represented a range of publicly listed companies, private enterprises and government agencies. Prior to this, Tony served in the Australian Army and has held senior roles with specialist corporate communications and investor relations agencies. He has served as a director for not-for-profit charitable organisations. Tony holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Relations from the University of Melbourne.
Martin Debelle
Martin is Chairman and a founding Partner of Citadel-MAGNUS. He specialises in corporate issues management, transactions, government and regulatory affairs with more than 20 years’ corporate communication experience across resources, energy, manufacturing, retail and real estate, with listed and unlisted companies. Previously he worked as media director to NSW Premier and government, a news reporter and foreign correspondent for 15 years.
Henry Downing
Henry plays a key support role with Citadel-MAGNUS’s small to mid-cap listed clients and brings strong experience in the development and delivery of corporate communication programs, most recently as an Account Executive at a Sydney-based firm. Henry has a sound understanding of the communication requirements for companies, both public and private, with experience in media relations, investor relations, reputation management, content creation and account management.

With a particular interest in resources, energy, finance, property and technology, Henry brings valuable research, client service and media relations skills to Citadel-MAGNUS.

Henry holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Anthropology and Sociology) from Macquarie University (NSW), and a Diploma of Investor Relations from the Australasian Investor Relations Association (AIRA).
John Gardner
John is a founding Partner of Citadel-MAGNUS and joint Managing Director of the firm based out of the Perth office. He has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate communication and investor relations in Sydney, Perth and London. His experience includes the development of corporate, investor relations and transaction communication strategies for clients across a broad range of sectors. He has led the communication on many highly successful transactions and provided counsel to management on several complex issues in the corporate sector.
Cameron Gilenko
Cameron came to Citadel-MAGNUS with 8 years’ experience in equity capital markets both in Australia and London and works closely with small-to-mid cap companies as part of the investor relations team.

He most recently spent four years working as an Analyst for Barclays Capital in London before that worked for a major Australian financial advisory firm.

He brings in-depth knowledge of the financial markets, corporate transactions, investment strategies and facilitating secondary market trade execution. Cameron has an interest in all market sectors and a particular passion for the resources industry.

Cameron holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Finance & Management from Curtin University and is RG 146 qualified.
Matthew Gregorowski
Matthew leads the Sydney investor relations practice. He has more than 15 years’ agency and in-house corporate communications experience in Australia, the UK and South Africa, running holistic investor relations programs for public companies spanning a range of sectors. He has also advised on several corporate transactions including IPOs, capital raisings and M&A. Before emigrating to Australia, Matthew was Head of Media Relations for FTSE 100 financial services company Old Mutual plc and a Partner of international corporate communications firm Instinctif (formerly College Hill).
Noha Habib
Noha is a corporate affairs adviser with over sixteen years of experience consulting with C-Suite and boards of both listed and non-listed entities in Australia and in the EMEA region during critical stages of their business lifecycle. In 2008, she won the EMEA SABRE Award for Best Campaign in Turkey and the Middle East.
She has an extensive experience devising and implementing strategic reputation management programs, stakeholder mapping and engagement, issues and crises preparedness and management, as well as talent management communications. She has also managed a number of change management programs following issues, crises, and M&A’s across various sectors including sovereign wealth funds (SWF’s), government, energy and industrials, financial services, tourism and aviation.
Noha is a member of the AICD, the management committee at the Australian Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry in NSW, and the Australian Lebanese Chamber of Commerce. She holds a BA in Business Administration with minors in International Affairs and Public Administration from Notre Dame University in Lebanon.
Courtney Howe
Courtney advises Citadel-MAGNUS clients in their corporate communication programs. She provides counsel on external and internal communication strategies including media relations, reputation management, and social media, as well as providing strategic advice on corporate issues.

Courtney has worked on a number of transactions in equity capital markets, including IPO and M&A projects, across a range of industry sectors working at board and executive level on issues affecting businesses, investors and stakeholders.
Courtney is also involved in the preparation of corporate materials and internal communications documents, and providing financial calendar and investor relations support to ASX-listed clients.

She graduated from Charles Sturt University with degrees in both Journalism and Public Relations.
Doris Jurzak
A chartered accountant, Doris has 20 years’ experience in financial reporting and operations.

She has previously worked in senior finance roles for listed and private equity entities, primarily in the property and infrastructure sectors. This included working on annual reports and other shareholder communications, capital raisings, board reporting, and day to day financial activities including management reporting and compliance matters.

Doris also spent a number of years with an international chartered accounting firm and various small, expanding businesses. Her broad skills and experience in accounting, tax and administration provide valuable support for the Citadel-MAGNUS team.

Doris holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
Tom Kohlen
5 years’ experience in financial services, most recently as an Associate in the Perth office of an international wealth management firm. A sound understanding of financial markets and the listed company environment, with experience in developing investment strategies, managing asset allocations, conducting equities research, corporate transactions and facilitating secondary market trade execution.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and a Masters in Applied Finance from Kaplan.
Helen McCombie
Helen is a founding Partner of Citadel-MAGNUS and has extensive expertise in corporate communication and issues and crisis management across numerous sectors. Helen has a strong understanding of the Australian media landscape having previously worked in journalism for 25 years including roles as Business Editor of Sky News and with Channel 9’s Business Sunday Program. She also provides presentation and media training to senior executives and company Boards.
Genevieve Norton
Exceptional research and analytical skills built upon work across multiple industry sectors.
Specialising in business intelligence and data analysis, Genevieve has gained valuable experience through working in research roles at a number of leading international firms in Australia as well as a top tier international financial PR agency in the UK.

Her experience in providing share price information and analysis, peer analysis, research and market reports, and media coverage analysis, will ensure the Citadel-MAGNUS team and its clients are well supported.

Genevieve holds a Bachelor of Design and Technology with a major in Industrial Graphics.
Rachel Palmer
With more than 15 years experience as a business support manager and over 10 years experience with web development technologies, Rachel plays a key role in supporting the broader Citadel-MAGNUS team to meet client needs and to ensuring the day to day activities at Citadel-MAGNUS run smoothly.

Rachel’s broad experience, gained through working at a number of leading firms across the globe, ensures the Citadel-MAGNUS team and its clients are well supported.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Communications with a major in Interactive Multimedia.
Giles Rafferty
Giles brings to the firm more than 20 years experience in investor relations, corporate affairs and journalism, with a specific focus on digital content and video.

Giles helped found the global corporate advisory firm Brunswick Group’s online video communications agency Cantos Communications and more recently was Executive Producer at Viocorp, a Sydney based enterprise video platform supplier.

In the UK his client list included GSK, Prudential, Barclays, Tesco, Anglo American and Rolls Royce. In Australia Giles has worked with QBE Insurance, GPT Group, Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices, Optus, NBN co., King Wood Mallesons, DBS Bank Singapore amongst others.
Luca Sannibale
Luca is a recently appointed Associate at Citadel – MAGNUS, providing support to clients through media monitoring, investor relation services, corporate writing and market research.

Having previously worked at David Jones across several client interfacing roles, Luca brings valuable client management and relationship building skills as he looks to develop a career in advising companies in investor and financial communication.

Luca holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Charles Sturt University.
Tamatha Smith
Tamatha is a highly experienced communication professional and corporate adviser, with a diverse skillset honed over more than 25 years. Her career has spanned journalism, public and government relations and corporate affairs and has included positions at the most senior levels of the Commonwealth and Western Australian governments.

Along with an understanding of the complexities of the 21st century media, Tamatha is adept at developing and implementing communication and business development strategies to promote and protect brand and reputation. Her expertise includes issues and crisis management, internal and external stakeholder engagement, strategic planning and policy development. Tamatha has a solid understanding of the operations of listed and private entities across a range of industry sectors and in-depth knowledge of the workings of the Parliament, executive government, the public sector and regulatory processes.
Xanthe Smith
Xanthe provides support services to Citadel-MAGNUS’ senior consultants across a wide range of clients.

She provides media monitoring for investor relations projects, and also coordinates office manager duties.
James Strong
James has 15 years’ experience providing advice to listed clients across a number of sectors, geographies and exchanges on investor and media relations, as well as strategic advice on corporate transactions and crisis management.

Prior to joining Citadel-MAGNUS, James provided strategic advice to a range of ASX listed companies including Magellan Financial Group, AJ Lucas, SEEK, Xref, Thorn Group and Linc Energy. He is a former director of London based agency Buchanan, one of the UK’s leading, and most experienced financial communication and investor relations consultancies, during which time he spent three years working in Dubai and Saudi Arabia as part of the senior management team of Buchanan’s Middle East operations.

He graduated from the University of Exeter with a BA(hons) in Managerial Statistics.
Michael Weir
Michael has more than 25 years' experience in investor relations and corporate financial communication. A former senior finance journalist, Michael has also held in-house executive roles within the mining and mining services sector. He has deep experience in corporate affairs, stakeholder engagement and capital markets. He has led complex communication around project development, capital raisings, corporate transactions and corporate strategy rollout.
