Citadel-MAGNUS has appointed Vanessa Beresford and Ryan Thompson as Associate Directors, significantly strengthening the firm’s Investor Relations practice.

Vanessa Beresford

Vanessa has more than 20 years’ experience in investor relations and equity research in Australia, Canada and the UK.  She has managed end-to-end investor and media relations programs for public companies in sectors such as technology, wealth management and insurance. Vanessa joins Citadel-MAGNUS after most recently holding senior investor relations roles at Steadfast and Clearview. Her experience includes shareholder activism defence, M&A and numerous capital raisings for acquisitions.

Ryan joins Citadel-MAGNUS from London where he led investor relations for FTSE 250 international speciality insurance company, Hiscox. He has more than nine years’ experience in investor relations and financial communication in Australia and London across in-house and agency roles. Ryan has been involved in executing investor relations and strategic communication programmes for IPOs, M&A and capital raisings, and also has significant crisis management experience.
