Citadel-MAGNUS has a specialised advisory team with deep financial markets and corporate experience providing investor relations and financial communication support for publicly-listed companies.

Structured investor relations and market engagement programs are underpinned by strong investor, analyst and business media relationships.

Our firm has worked with numerous companies, across most sectors, from the complexities of listing on the ASX, through to the provision of consistent market and stakeholder engagement against the rigours and expectations of the financial markets.

This includes support in effectively communicating financial calendar and regulatory events, and maximising material company developments, in a crowded and competitive capital market. Citadel-MAGNUS has actively supported its clients with ESG reporting, and strategies to manage proxy campaigns and activist shareholders.

With an experienced Investor Relations team based in Sydney and Perth, our role is flexible to the internal resourcing of companies and designed to augment and support company management, either on an ongoing or project-related basis.
