Citadel-MAGNUS has expanded its Investor Relations team with the appointment of Jonathan van Hazel to the position of Senior Associate, based in the firm’s Perth office.
Jono has almost 20 years’ corporate and financial services experience providing valued insights across a diverse range of industries.
Jono worked as a stockbroker and analyst for a decade with a focus on both Institutional Clients and Private Wealth Management. Since then, he has worked as an environmental engineer and project manager in the infrastructure and medical cannabinoid sectors. Jono has also co-founded and operated his own business focused on the development and distribution of cannabinoid products in the Asia-Pacific region.
John Gardner, Managing Director of Citadel-MAGNUS said Jono’s appointment to the team has added significant depth to an already strong Investor Relations desk.

Jono has a Bachelor degree in both Commerce and Engineering (Hons) from the University of Western Australia, a graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA Education, a Diploma of Financial Planning from Monarch Institute and a Master of Environmental Engineering from Griffith University.
Jono represented Australia in swimming, including the 2004 Australian Olympic Team (Athens).
