Citadel-MAGNUS has ranked 2nd in Asia-Pacific, based on deal volume, in the latest Financial PR global and regional tables from Mergermarket, cementing it as Australia’s leading corporate and financial communication firm.
With 16 transactions for the first half of the year, Citadel-MAGNUS continues to be Australia’s most active transaction communication advisory firm. Highlights included advising Investa Office Fund on the current $3.1 billion offer from Blackstone, CYBG on its $3 billion bid for Virgin Money and Reliance Worldwide buying UK-based John Guest for $1.2 billion.
The latest figures show that the Citadel-MAGNUS team worked on deals totalling US$5.2 billion (A$7 billion), ranking the firm 7th in Asia-Pacific based on deal value.
The Mergermarket league tables examine the performance of Financial PR advisory firms around the world on transactions worth more than US$5 million, ranking firms by the volume and value of deals they have advised on.
