ALEXANDRA ABEYRATNE
Associate
Alex brings over four years’ experience in corporate communications across financial services. Prior to joining Citadel-MAGNUS, Alex was a Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting in London, working with a range of financial services clients in asset and wealth management and private equity.
Alex also previously worked at financial PR agency Moorgate Communications for two years, focusing on transaction banking and trade finance.

MIA BENINO
Associate
Mia brings in-house and agency-based communication and marketing experience to Citadel-MAGNUS, providing valuable support and insight across a diverse range of industries.
Her experience includes digital communication, social media, public relations, media relations and event management for a range of businesses in the fashion and consumer goods sectors.
Mia holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Public Relations) from Curtin University.

ASHLEIGH D'ALESSANDRO
Senior Associate
Ashleigh has more than nine years’ experience in corporate communication, public relations and stakeholder management. She is experienced in developing crisis communication plans, implementing community development initiatives and brand and reputation management. Ashleigh is skilled in content creation, having completed the Content Marketing Certificate from the Association for Data-driven Marketing and Advertising (ADMA), and has a passion for writing.
Ashleigh previously worked in the public sector as an advisor for a member of WA State Parliament and prior to joining Citadel-MAGNUS was the PR and Communication Coordinator at Australia’s largest private residential land developer.
Ashleigh holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communications Studies) from the University of Western Australia.

Françoise Dixon
Director
Françoise has more than 15 years’ experience as a research analyst specialising in equity, industry and policy analysis. As a rated analyst with Prudential-Bache Securities and Ord Minnett/JP Morgan, she provided investment advice to institutional and retail clients, produced industry and company research, and liaised with company executives at the highest levels.
Françoise draws on this expertise and in-depth understanding of investment markets to advise companies on communication strategies needed to build investible brands, drive stock valuations and expand shareholder value.
Françoise has a Master of Media Practice from the University of Sydney, Bachelor degrees in Economics and Arts (Honours: First Class) as well as a Graduate Certificate of Arts (Writing).

MARTIN DEBELLE
Founding Partner
Martin is a founding Partner of Citadel-MAGNUS.
He specialises in corporate issues management, transactions, government and regulatory affairs with more than 25 years’ corporate communication experience across resources, energy, manufacturing, retail and real estate, with listed and unlisted companies.
Previously he worked as media director to NSW Premier and government, a news reporter and foreign correspondent for 15 years.

Paul Ryan
Director
Paul has extensive experience in communication, stakeholder engagement, and issues and crisis management, forged over a 25-year career in media and corporate affairs with major Australian organisations in the agriculture and energy sectors.
He has a strong track record of managing corporate reputation in challenging regulatory and stakeholder environments, providing strategic communication counsel across metropolitan and regional Australia, devising stakeholder engagement programs and effectively managing corporate and operational issues incorporating government relations.
Paul has worked for Seven West Media, major Australian agribusinessess and has held senior corporate affairs leadership positions in Woodside and Shell where he worked on major projects including the North West Shelf, the Browse Joint Venture, Shell’s Prelude Floating LNG Project and the integration of Shell Australia and QGC post the Shell-BG merger in 2016.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts (Social Sciences) from Edith Cowan University.

MONIKA FAIRCLOUGH
Office Manager, Perth
Monika has over 15 years’ experience in corporate administration and is currently Citadel-MAGNUS’ Perth Office Manager.
She has developed valuable skills in customer service, stakeholder management and accounting having worked for some of the world’s largest engineering and oil and gas companies, and now in corporate finance.
Monika supports Citadel-MAGNUS with a broad range of activities, bringing a professional and friendly approach to managing the Perth office.

CAMERON GILENKO
Associate Director
Cameron joined Citadel-MAGNUS with eight years’ experience in equity capital markets both in Australia and London, drawing on this expertise to work closely with small-to-mid cap companies as part of the investor relations team.
Prior to Citadel-MAGNUS, Cameron worked as an Analyst for Barclays Capital in London, having spent significant time with a major Australian financial advisory firm.
He brings in-depth knowledge of the financial markets, corporate transactions, investment strategies and facilitating secondary market trade execution. Cameron has an interest in all market sectors with a particular passion for the resources industry.
Cameron holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Management) from Curtin University and is RG 146 qualified.

JACK GORDON
Senior Associate
Jack has 7 years’ corporate communications and federal government experience. Jack has advised listed and private companies across Australia through M+A, reputational crises, capital raisings and profile raising activity. Jack Joined Citadel-MAGNUS from one of Australia’s leading corporate communication and government relations firms. Prior to working in communications Jack was on the staff of a senior federal senator.
Jack holds a Masters degree in strategic communications from the University of Sydney and an undergraduate degree in communications from UNSW.

NYOMI HORGAN
Director
Nyomi has more than 20 years’ experience in strategy development, corporate communication, stakeholder management and investor relations in both the UK and Australian markets.
She has provided counsel to management on several complex issues in the corporate sector and led communication strategies across a broad range of industries including resources, energy, manufacturing, retail and financial services.
Nyomi joined Citadel-MAGNUS after four years in corporate strategy at CBA-owned Bankwest. Her strong track record in corporate and strategic communication include significant experience with PwC, Alinta and a specialist corporate communication business where clients included Woodside, Brookfield Rail, Gold Fields Australia, Oakajee Port and Rail, INPEX, Esperance Port Authority, Crosslands Resources and Diploma.
Nyomi is on the Board of The Botanic Garden and Parks Authority and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Management & Marketing) from Curtin University.

DORIS JURZAK
Finance and Operations Manager
Doris is a chartered accountant with more than 25 years’ experience in financial reporting and operations.
She has held senior finance roles with listed and private equity entities, primarily in the property and infrastructure sectors, working on capital raisings, board reporting, annual reports, shareholder communication and day to day financial activities including management reporting and compliance matters.
Experience with an international chartered accounting firm and various small, expanding businesses enhanced her broad skills and expertise in accounting, tax and administration, providing valuable support for the Citadel-MAGNUS team.
Doris holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

TOM KOHLEN
Senior Associate
Tom has more than seven years’ experience in financial services and investor relations. Prior to Citadel-MAGNUS, Tom was an Associate in the Perth office of Morgan Stanley.
He has developed a sound understanding of equity capital markets and the listed company environment with experience in retail and institutional stockbroking, wealth management, equities research and equity capital markets transactions.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, a Master’s in Applied Finance from Kaplan and is RG 146 accredited.

JOANNE LECA
Associate
Joanne brings strong digital marketing and client relationship management experience to the Citadel-MAGNUS team. Prior to Citadel-MAGNUS, Joanne worked at a leading executive membership organisation, where she managed strategic marketing campaigns, social media engagement and membership satisfaction.
She has a unique perspective on stakeholder communication and is proficient in graphic and digital design.
Joanne holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Public Relations) from Curtin University.

EMMA LEWIS
Associate
Emma provides media monitoring and social media support for Citadel -MAGNUS clients. This includes the development of social media strategies, monitoring posts and managing communities. Additionally, Emma oversees all client email campaigns and assists with the production and delivery of project collaterals.
Prior to joining Citadel -MAGNUS, Emma managed the digital marketing for a start-up company and worked as marketing coordinator for the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

GENEVIEVE NORTON
Marketing and Research Advisor
Genevieve brings almost 10 years’ experience in professional services consulting, providing valuable design support internally and externally for Citadel-MAGNUS and its clients, stemming from her extensive graphic design and desktop publishing skills.
She has extensive experience working to brand guidelines in corporate environments including designing and producing pitch documents, proposals, reports, factsheets, brochures, infographics and presentations. Outcomes-focused with strong attention to detail, she is proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite of programs including Illustrator, InDesign and video editing software, in addition to being an advanced user of all Microsoft Office programs.
Genevieve holds a Bachelor of Design and Technology (Industrial Graphics) from Western Sydney University.

RUSSELL QUINN
Associate Director
Russell has almost 20 years’ media and communication experience in Australia, providing advice to listed and unlisted entities across the public and private sectors after a successful career as a senior business journalist and editor.
He has extensive expertise in corporate communication, public relations, community engagement, government relations and reputation management, having worked across various industries in challenging regulatory and stakeholder environments including banking and finance, insurance, health and gambling.
Russell holds a Bachelor of Arts (Mass Communication) from Curtin University and is pursuing a MBA with the University of Western Australia. He also sits on the Advisory Board of the Perth Fashion Festival.

CATHERINE STRONG
Director
Catherine has more than 15 years’ corporate communication and investor relations experience in both the London and Australian markets.
She has advised and supported listed and private companies through IPOs, RTOs, capital raisings, change programs and M&A across multiple sectors including healthcare, technology, real estate, energy, support services and chemicals.
Prior to returning to Australia, she supported a broad range of London Stock Exchange and Alternative Investment Market listed clients at London-based agency Buchanan, one of the UK’s leading and most experienced financial communication and investor relations consultancies.
She graduated from the Australian National University with Bachelor degrees in Science and Arts.

MADDIE SEACOMBE
Associate
Maddie joined Citadel-MAGNUS from the UK, bringing five years’ of agency experience from the City of London, where she advised Companies on engagement with the capital markets and investor community.
In London, Maddie was an Associate Director at Buchanan, one of the UK’s leading financial communications agencies.
Her clients included UK and global Companies listed on the London Stock Exchange’s Main and AIM Markets across a variety of sectors.
Experience includes providing counsel on ongoing investor relations activity, financial calendar management, IPOs, M&A & fundraising, digital strategy, ESG and crisis communications.

CLARE MEGAHEY
Office and Media Assistant
Clare supports Citadel-MAGNUS with a range of activities including daily media monitoring and office admin.
She has skills in stakeholder management and is currently undertaking a double degree in Media (Communications and Journalism) and International Studies (International Relations and Politics) at the University of New South Wales.
Clare brings a friendly and professional approach to her role at Citadel-MAGNUS.
