Australia’s leading corporate and financial communication advisory firm, Citadel-MAGNUS, today announced that two of its senior consultants, Michael Weir and Matthew Gregorowski, have been elevated to Partners of the business.
Executive Chairman, Martin Debelle, said expanding the partnership to six is a reflection of Citadel-MAGNUS’s growth trajectory and recognition of the contributions Michael and Matthew have made to the firm as senior members of the team.

Michael Weir has more than 25 years’ experience in investor relations, corporate affairs and journalism, having previously held senior in-house roles in the resources industry and as a senior business reporter at The West Australian. Michael is also a past board member of the Australasian Investor Relations Association (AIRA) and the current Deputy Chairman (WA) for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia.
Matthew Gregorowski has more than 15 years’ experience in corporate communication, having held senior consulting and in-house roles in Australia, the UK and South Africa. A specialist in investor relations, he has advised public companies in the technology, healthcare, construction, real estate, financial services and retail sectors.
