Australia’s leading corporate and financial communication advisory firm, Citadel-MAGNUS, has bolstered its Perth team through the appointment of Ashleigh D’Alessandro to the position of Senior Associate and Mia Benino to the position of Associate.

Ashleigh brings to the firm more than 9 years’ experience in Australia, providing a strong track record in corporate communication, public relations and stakeholder management. She is experienced in developing crisis communication plans, implementing community development initiatives and brand reputation management across the public and property sectors, where she worked as an advisor for a member of WA State Parliament and as the PR and Communication Coordinator at Australia’s largest private residential land developer. Ashleigh is also skilled in content creation, having completed the Content Marketing Certificate from the Association for Data-driven Marketing and Advertising (ADMA).

Mia brings to the firm in-house and agency-based communication and marketing experience within Australia, providing valuable support and insight across a diverse range of industries. Her experience includes digital communication, social media, public relations, media relations and event management for a range of businesses in the fashion and consumer goods sectors.

Ashleigh holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communications Studies) from the University of Western Australia and Mia holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Public Relations) from Curtin University.
